I want to improve my skin glow and overall health.. Is a detox supplement safe?
I found a couple of food supplements with similar ingredients such as: Okra Fruit, Slippery Elm Bark, Psyllium Husk , Licorice Root, Ginger Rhizome, Chlorella Regularis, Marshmallow Root, Wheatgrass, All Flora® Probiotic Blend (L.Casei, L.Plantarum, L.Salivarius, L.Acidophilus, L.Rhamnosus, S.Thermophilus, B.Bifidum, B.Infantis, B.Longum, B.Breve), Cayenne Fruit..
It is a 10 day regimen with 1-2 capsules taken twice a day..
Should I try it or is it a waste of money? Are there better regimens I can add to my life that will improve my health and beauty? (I am getting married soon

Basically what you have there is poop medicine – a laxative….
So you have an elimination system….one organ of which is your bowels, and another is your skin…
tending to one is not going to treat the other, no matter what some smooth talker says – but I don’t have a problem with anyone taking a fiber based laxative with probiotics so long as it doesn’t contain a stimulant laxative such as senna, cascara sagrada, aloe, etc….because those can be habit forming.
For goodness sakes, you’re getting married – - haven’t you figured out by now that the best cosmetics are knowing you’re loved and feeling pretty
Go on – take those things if you want, but don’t think they are going to make you “glow” – every bride glows, k?
Get fresh air, don’t smoke, swap fruits and vegetable in place of junk food, stay hydrated and get enough sleep – that’s about all that we can tell you…
