Should I add cardio to my weight training program?

Im currently on a bodybuilding workout plan and nutrition plan. So im eating alot of calories a day, and my stomach has started to ge larger. I want to have a flat stomach, but obviously at same time be real muscular. Should i do cardio, and how much? i weight train on monday wednesday and friday. Eat 6 ‘small’ meals a day. thanks

you can’t bulk and cut at the same time. If you want to gain muscle, then expect to gain some fat because you gain muscle you need to feed your body. fat will be an necessary consequent to your bulking process. professional bodybuilders during off season, that is, not in competition have a bit of fat on them. Cutting is the opposite, that is, losing weight. you can’t bulk and cut at the same time. Having said that, you want to eat about 500 more calories than your daily intake. guys go nuts and eat like an extra 1000 calories a day and wonder why they get fat. you only need an extra 500. Now by saying that, if you want to try to fight off fat gain, add 20 mins max to your workout.
