Do you consider yourself a very healthy person?
Generally, I do. I’ve eaten especially well these past few weeks. But I’ve had this random craving for fudge, and my great-grandmother makes amazing fudge….I’ve had almost no dessert in forever….but here I am, shoving my face full of pure sugar.
You don’t need to tell me it’s gross. I know it is. But here’s how I look at it: Eat it all now, so you can’t have it when the craving comes again. Granted, you can’t buy anymore of it.
I don’t eat enough.
But when I do it’s mostly healthy all natural stuff.
With a few exceptions though.
